JASPER JACOB

PAINTER

Jasper Jacob paints watercolour, acrylic, pen and ink on landscapes, buildings and architectural details. His paintings delve into the energy to show an inner life.

He was born in Sri Lanka and his father was a tea planter. After returning to England and school he went to Kingston Art School to study architecture and design.

After a first class honours he worked for the BBC as a set designer, then began designing museums and art galleries.

His company has designed major projects worldwide for many years, but he is now based in Norfolk and concentrating on his painting.

Jasper’s work will be exhibited alongside 24 other artists at the west Norfolk taster exhibition, as part of Norfolk & Norwich Open Studios 2019.
