WELLNESS AT WEST ACRE GALLERY

West Acre Gallery’s tranquil rural setting, with nature on the doorstep, is the perfect place to find stillness. So we’re delighted that healers, health and wellness practitioners have gravitated here to hold space.

We exist for creativity and community. In between art exhibitions, we like to hire the studio out as a place for our community to stay healthy – to evoke a sense of cohesion of the mind, body, and spirit.

Our new wellness programme includes crystal sound healing, sound baths and guided meditation, plus weekend yoga classes to relax, restore and rebalance the body and calm the mind.

Our interlocking tatami floor, which covers the entire space, will help you feel supported and grounded during your practice.

CRYSTAL SOUND HEALING WITH ALICE MOORE
Enjoy an hour immersed in the pure frequencies of crystal sound therapy with Alice Moore, founder of award-winning mindful skincare brand Kyūshi, and co founder of Kyūshi Wellness in Gayton.

SOUND BATH & GUIDED MEDITATION WITH BARBARA GIECZEWSKA
Prepare to be led through a beautiful guided meditation accompanied by a crystal singing bowl with Barbara Gieczewska from Lily of the Valley. Join us for this one-hour deep healing and meditation journey: ‘Forgive and Heal’.

YOGA WITH DEBBIE WINGELL & MIRANDA ALMOND
Join us for hour-long vinyasa flow classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings to set you up for the weekend ahead, and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

Our weekend yoga classes are led by Debbie Wingell and Miranda Almond.

All classes take place between exhibitions.
