WEEKEND YOGA CLASSES
Join us for hour-long vinyasa flow classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings to set you up for the weekend ahead, and leave you feeling relaxed and restored.
Classes are £8 and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
MONTHLY SATURDAYS WITH DEBBIE WINGELL
This 60-minute vinyasa flow class will have a focus on mindfulness, with a slow pace for a gentle start to your weekend.
Covering all aspects of yoga, classes could include pranayama (breathing) and meditation, as well as asana (posture) practice.
Classes will take place 10-11am on the second weekend of the month. Please see our 2020 programme for class dates and times.

SUNDAY MORNINGS WITH MIRANDA ALMOND
This 60-minute vinyasa flow class will have an emphasis on hip opening, with gentle back and shoulder stretches to ease out any aches and pains in the body.
Classes will take place on regular Sunday mornings at 9-10am. Please see our 2020 programme for class dates and times.
